9/10
The vibe here? Super chill. The staff were on point, super helpful when I needed info. Breakfast view blew my mind, fresh fruits galore! Copped some great local recs too. A little street noise seeped in at night. I’d bounce back anytime, especially for that terrace breakfast.

Convenient self-serve mini bar, comfy roof terrace for breakfast, proximity to local markets
Location too far from city center!!! Noise levels in street-side rooms can be a problem, making it hard to relax!!! Basic room furnishings feel outdated, despite higher expectations!!!

The complimentary umbrellas provided during our stay were a delightful touch that made navigating the rainy weather in Milan much easier.
Unfortunately, the noise levels from the street were quite bothersome at night, significantly affecting our ability to get a good night's sleep.

Helpful staff made the difference
The staff were remarkably friendly and went above and beyond during our stay, helping with local recommendations and even securing event tickets when asked. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delightful, offering everything from fresh fruits to a variety of pastries.
However, my room had a few issues. the mattress was far from comfortable, affecting sleep quality, and there were limited power sockets available for charging devices. Also, the bathroom’s cleanliness could have been improved as it felt a bit neglected.

I stayed in a Queen Single Room for 2 nights. The room was clean and cozy, but the lighting felt a bit too sterile and the street noise was noticeable. The bed was comfortable, which saved the day. Plus, the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure for a refreshing shower. They had a nice mini bar, too. The staff was super helpful as well, which added a nice touch to my stay.
